Customer Reviews
solid bikes, minor issue
grabbed a Beleuchtungsset for my commuter bike, great quality stuff. shipping was pretty quick too. just wish they had more options for Gutscheincodes, seems like not many work on the cooler bikes.
Good quality, minor issue
I ordered some Ersatzteile last week. The parts are high quality. My only small nitpick is that shipping took a few days longer than expected.
Nice bike, minor delivery snag
I bought a Waldwiesel and the bike itself is great, exactly as described on the site, and the Softride frame is really comfortable. The ordering process was smooth, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about accessories. However, delivery took 7 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected given the premium price point. Everything arrived safely though, just wish it had been a touch quicker.
Detailed thoughts on my Gravel E-Bike purchase
I recently purchased the Waldwiesel.E and wanted to share my experience. The ordering process on their website was intuitive, with clear descriptions of the different models and customization options. I opted for a custom color which added about two weeks to the build time, but I was kept updated through email. The bike arrived via freight carrier, securely crated; assembly was minimal, mostly just attaching the front wheel and handlebars, which took about 30 minutes. The quality of the 3D-printed steel frame is noticeable, very sturdy yet absorbs road vibrations well. The integrated lights and clean cable routing are well-executed. Support was helpful when I called with a question about charger compatibility. Overall, a premium product with a well-managed delivery process, making the investment feel worthwhile. The only minor point is the weight, it's not a featherlight E-bike, but for a steel frame, it's reasonable.
Cool bike, fast shipping
Got myself a Stadtfuchs and it's pretty sweet. Looks even better in person than online. Shipping was quick, got it in like 4 days. Easy to put together too. Happy with it.
Consistent quality, great bikes
I've ordered from Urwahn a few times now, and they're always reliable. This time I got a new Waldwiesel.E and it arrived in about the same timeframe as my previous Stadtfuchs. Packaging was solid, bike was in perfect shape. Good to see they keep up the quality.
Good value for a premium bike
I was looking for a high-quality E-Bike and the Urwahn Platzhirsch.E caught my eye. The price was up there, but with the JobRad leasing option, it made it much more manageable. The bike arrived well-packed, and the assembly was straightforward. For what I paid monthly, I feel like I got a really solid, well-designed bike that will last. Definitely felt like a smart purchase.

Hey everyone, thinking about getting one of these bikes. How long does shipping usually take to New York? Like from order to doorstep.
I want to get a custom color. Is that even possible or just what's on the website?
Thinking of getting a Platzhirsch. How big of a difference does the Softride frame actually make for comfort on city streets with potholes?
Just wondering about payment options. Can I do like, monthly installments or something for a new bike?
Does anyone know if the Black Friday deals apply to the Outlet bikes too? Or is it just full-price stuff?
